Terms of service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keurova website and related services ("Keurova", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a booking, listing a restaurant, or otherwise using Keurova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

About Keurova

Keurova is a restaurant reservations platform. Diners can browse restaurants, check availability, and book tables. Restaurant owners can list venues, configure floor plans and availability, manage bookings, and subscribe to use Keurova's management tools.

Keurova acts as an intermediary between diners and restaurants. We provide the technology to discover venues and make reservations; restaurants are responsible for honouring bookings and delivering the dining experience.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter into a restaurant subscription. By using Keurova, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Your account

  • You may sign in with Google or a passwordless email link. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
  • You must provide a valid name and phone number where requested so restaurants can contact you about bookings.
  • You must not share credentials, impersonate another person, or create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Bookings for diners

  • When you make a reservation, you enter into an arrangement directly with the restaurant. Keurova facilitates the booking but is not a party to your meal or any payment you make at the venue.
  • Provide accurate party size, contact details, allergy information, and special requests. Restaurants rely on this information to prepare for your visit.
  • Arrive on time. If you need to change or cancel a booking, use the tools available on Keurova or contact the restaurant directly, and follow any cancellation policy the restaurant applies.
  • Repeated no-shows, abusive behaviour, or misuse of booking features may result in restrictions on your account.

Restaurant listings and subscriptions

If you list or manage a restaurant on Keurova, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of that business and that the information you publish is accurate.

  • Restaurant subscriptions are billed through Stripe. New subscriptions may include a free trial period as shown at checkout. Fees, billing intervals, and trial terms are displayed before you subscribe.
  • You warrant that you are authorised to act on behalf of the restaurant you list and that all information you provide is accurate. Impersonating a restaurant, posting a listing without authority, or providing misleading venue details is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and account termination.
  • New listings are reviewed before they appear publicly on Keurova. We may approve, reject, suspend, or transfer listings where ownership is disputed or reported.
  • You can manage billing, upgrade, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown at checkout and in the portal.
  • If a subscription ends, your restaurant listing and management access may be removed or restricted until billing is restored.
  • You are responsible for keeping availability, floor plans, contact details, and booking policies accurate, and for responding to diner enquiries and reservations in a timely manner.

Reviews and user content

You may submit reviews and other content where the service allows it, such as after an eligible completed booking. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Keurova a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and use it to operate and promote the platform.

You must not post content that is:

  • false, misleading, or not based on a genuine experience;
  • defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful;
  • infringing someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights; or
  • spam, advertising, or unrelated promotional material.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules. Restaurants may respond to reviews through features we provide, but may not offer incentives for positive reviews or attempt to manipulate ratings.

Restaurant news and email updates

Diners may opt in to receive news and updates from individual restaurants. Subscription requires a separate confirmation step. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or from your account subscriptions page. Marketing emails are sent only where permitted by applicable law and your preferences.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Keurova in any way that breaks applicable law or these Terms;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access non-public areas of the service without permission;
  • interfere with the platform's security, performance, or availability, including by introducing malware or automated traffic;
  • use Keurova to send unsolicited messages or to collect personal data without consent; or
  • misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to act for a restaurant.

Third-party services

Keurova integrates with third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in and optional mapping features. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

Keurova, including its branding, software, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or other brand assets except as needed to use the service in the ordinary course.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Keurova available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

Keurova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that restaurant information, availability, or reviews are complete or error-free, or that every booking will be fulfilled as expected. Restaurants are solely responsible for food, service, pricing, accessibility, and compliance with laws that apply to their business.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the paragraph above, Keurova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Keurova is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

Indemnity

If you use Keurova as a restaurant owner or post content on the platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Keurova harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your restaurant operations, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using Keurova at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access would harm users, the platform, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity — will continue to apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data. It forms part of your agreement with us when you use Keurova.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
